We have ordered the modules in the order that we suggest you proceed through them, and you may be surprised that we do not start out automatically with nutrition and exercise! Those are tremendously important in your ability to take command of your wellness, but we feel there are a few areas that are more important, and we will tell you why!!!
You will notice that we recommend making small changes over time. This coaching module is NOT a quick fix. This is about sustainable lifestyle modifications that are designed to be learned and applied for a lifetime. Take your time!

Step 1 : Taking Command of Your Habits
Your current habits are contributing to your health status and you are not even aware they exist!!! Understanding habits, how they develop, and identifying your own habits will allow you to take command of your wellness. Habits, for the most part, are blindspots for us. As you will learn in the stress module, Cortisol, is released in high levels during times of consistent, unmanaged stress. Frankly, cortisol contributes to inflammation AND makes us sick and fat!
So let’s deal with your stress and its impact on your wellness! This is a 28 day module that provides 1 10-15 minute activity each day to support you in SEEing your Stress, then Creating and Living the alternatives to stress and stress management! We have also designed it this way, so you can begin to manage your stress DAILY and make stress management a health HABIT!
Time? In a wellness coaching program??? Yes! Our calendars often have control of us, instead of taking command of our time. Our busy, over-scheduled lives contribute to stress, not being able to find time to do things for our wellness. So, yes, Taking Command of Your Time, is vital to your wellness!
Multiple studies have shown that not getting adequate or restful sleep affects wellness. Sleep is when we restore multiple bodily functions, including hormones, which affect our healing, our metabolism, and so much more!
Inflammation is at the root of many symptoms, disorders, and diseases. This module explains how inflammation develops and what lifestyle modifications will support you in reducing inflammation and thus overall wellness!
Did you think we would ever get to this? Yes, we are going to work on what you eat and why! We will offer recommendations for what to remove, what to add, and what new habits will support you in creating SUSTAINABLE eating pattern modifications!
