What would it be like to wake up refreshed and have energy to get through the day? In the Taking Command of Your Sleep & Rest Module, you will complete a sleep assessment and take action based on the assessment. We will support you in sleeping 7-8 hours each night, falling asleep quickly, sleeping through the night, and waking up refreshed!
You will be educated on the impacts of poor sleep and rest – poor communication, poor self-control, poor interpersonal relationships, reduced productivity, mood problems, just to name a few!
We explore that rest is just as important as sleep. In our rushed, busy society, rest has become something that is wrong and that we should feel guilty about doing. We explore how cultivating rest, play, and flow contribute to your health and well-being!
