In this module you have the opportunity to SEE Your Autopilot, SEE your Triggers & Reward, and SEE Your Readiness for Change. You then have the opportunity to SEE, Create and Live the Alternatives to your habits through the Taking Command of Your Habits Lifebook, where you explore a specific habit, how the habit came to be, and what modifications you wish to create regarding the habit! We complete the module exploring the balancing act between habits and mindfulness!
This module is designed to work with ANY habit, from eating patterns to physical activity to smoking cessation. It is included with many of the modules, as without understanding and being able to modify habits it is difficult to create SUSTAINABLE lifestyle modifications!!!
