We discuss the Standard American Diet and it’s impact on our obese, sick population. We discuss your relationship to food and how it impacts what you eat and why. We how Sugar & Refined Carbohydrates impact your body negatively and how an eating pattern of healthy fats, proteins, and carbohydrates create optimal functioning of the body.
28 Day Mindful Eating Challenge
Most of us multi-task when eating. Mindful eating brings your focus back to the foods you are eating and the sensations you experience while eating them! Mindful eating has been shown to improve digestion, reduce overall intake, improve satisfaction and satiety with food, weight loss, improved blood sugar regulation, among other benefits.
