Let’s be honest—ultimately Taking Command of Your Inflammation & Eating Pattern requires LIFESTYLE change and it will take effort and commitment on your part. The goal would be to institute this as a lifestyle change, something you stick to forever. To improve your likelihood of success, avoid making significant lifestyle changes during particularly stressful times (holidays, birthdays, big family events coming up, etc.)
Begin by reviewing the information, then determining what actions you will take after you see what is provided. We invite you to release any overwhelm and take your time. We will provide you with a plan for gradually adding these changes into your life. Taking command of your eating pattern may be simple, but it is not necessarily easy! Be kind to yourself during this journey. It may takes months, even years, to adopt all of these principles!
